Basnight's Lone Cedar Cafe Wine List

The temperature of our wine cellar is kept at the traditional 55 degrees, just like a natural cellar. If we may suggest ordering your red wine right away so that it can warm up a few degrees before drinking. We will serve your white wines plunged in ice and water to bring them down a few degrees to an optimum temperature. To simplify your wine selection process we have arranged our ever growing wine list so that the grapes or varietals are listed from lighter types to heavier and again within the category from the lightest to the heaviest. If you have any questions or suggestions please feel free to ask/tell your server.
